Donald Joseph Qualls, better known as DJ Qualls is an American actor producer and fashion model. He shot to fame after his performance as a character in Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared on 20 features, such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. In addition, he's appeared in over 22 television shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls had been diagnosed as having Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14 and has been fighting the disease ever since. Two years after treatment, his cancer is in Remission. His body was badly affected by treatment, and the development of his body was slow down. Since he grew up in poor circumstances, he was determined to achieve financial stability. Interviewer stated that as the way he lived was so shabby for such a long time I required security in my finances to feel secure and in control. In an interview the actor also discusses his own growing up. His goal is to put an end to bullies. The cruelty inflicted on him is heartbreaking for him. The ideal DJ role is that of a father in real life. But he admits Directors don't cast me in those roles. In the future, he is hoping to become a father for the child.
